building limits?

I try to develop the buildings of my provinces in the best way right from the start of a campaign and have some short questions.
I was searching for awnsers for hours now but could not find them. So I apologize if these infos are given somewhere else I didn't find them!

1. can I level up every building to its maximum in minor settlements? Which ones are limited?
2. can I build TWO (2) tile factorys in my province capital, or only one of its kind regarding industry?
3. are the bonuses to experience and morale in a province kummulative with two basilica of Mars?

4. can I build three Forum Vinarium in a province capital and six Stadiums in the minor settlements? That wood be an enourmus cultural income.

Probably not. You usually can't build two of the exact same building type in the same city.
