As it occurred to me that the urban militia crossbowmen and the "retainer" crossbowmen (salaried regular troops) will be using the same model I thought it would be good to make some differences in their textures.
I worked those out yesterday and here I am presenting the gambesons of all the urban militia troops.
Of the six different slots for gambesons in the diff texture map, two will be common with the feudal troops.
Below, the first six from the left are for Aragon (slots 1 to 6 are positioned in the texture map as they appear in the image) and the other two are for Denmark (slots 3 and 4).

Here I show slots 1-3 for Castile-&-Leon, slot 3 for Genoa, slots 3 and 4 for HRE and slots 3 and 4 for Kingdom of Jerusalem/Crusader States.

Here are slots 1-4 for England, followed by slots 1-4 for France.

Here is slot 3 for Norway, slots 1-4 for Portugal, slots 3 and 4 for Rebels (the black lion) and slot 3 for Papal States.

Finally, slot 3 for Scotland, slots 1, 3 and 4 for De Hauteville Sicily, slots 1-3 for the Teutonic Order militias and slot 3 for Venice.

So, all in all, the mentioned factions will have three gambesons in gray/crem/"dirty white" with insignia and three gambesons "in-colors", without insignia for their urban militias.
My only comments is about the factions symbols: they look like they have been dyed in the mass. The distinctive mark was a piece of fabric sewn on the main clothe (the gabeson in the present case)

This update took me some time as it is always more work than usual to create new parts of a model, new textures to go with them, re-arrange the texture map layout to make room for the new textures and adjust the UV mapping so that the rest of the model keeps looking as it did before.
The belts are complete, with textures including normals and glossiness and I made a change in the textures of the sleeves:
The sleeves are no longer UV mapped on the hose textures, now they are UV mapped in the tunic textures.
See and let me know how they compare with before.

Next, I'll be trying them in-game.
I hope they look right, otherwise I will need to make more changes in the textures and UV maps and I am getting bored of working on the same model for so long.
Great work. In the second example on top, it seems like the handle is offset from the scabbard.

The House of Baltar
Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers
I know what you mean, it is intentional, I have already addressed this in post #271.
