Eremus?
A strange thing I have noticed: on the campaign map there are 3 areas in Scandinavia, Saudi Arabia and south-west of Africa which are all called "eremus" and are rebel; only the one in south-west Africa has a city which cannot be reached due to mountains all around it.
What is it?

The areas of the map that aren't a province.
Well, actually, they're all one province which has an unreachable settlement used for processing stuff.
