    Default "Generals"?

One big thing princesses do is you can marry them off to your generals to get them into your family tree, or get enemy generals to join your faction. That's all great, but i've never seen these fabled "Generals".

Several factions start with characters known as simply "Generals" (HRE in particular has 3 I think), but after that I never meet any. What gives?

The man of the hour thing adopts them into your tree... so threre's never any generals seperate from your tree. Bug I think.

No, I think that's just how the game works. Did that in RTW, too. Anyone that is a leader of an army (general) is also in your family tree. however obscure they may be...

Because in every TW game you play some kind of Dynasty
You ask for steak, I bring you fish. You say that you think steak is better than fish. I say that fish is much more popular than steak so obviously it's better. You say that no matter how good the fish is it can't be better at being steak than the actual steak we used to serve. I say that's just your perception and you're entitled to it but you should accept that fish is the future and that's good. You begin to say something but I stab you in the eye with a fork and run into the kitchen.
