One of the strongest factions (I'd even rate #1). Has control over British Isles and half of France. Involved in war with Portugal, Sicily and Denmark though, so experience is required.

i would say you are not allowed to get bonuses from this merchant, through aquiring his assets, just because he is there. I didnt put him there
1 or 2 traits are definitely to be had taking out a merchant with 14%

and I would ofc prefer to use this good merchant myself rather then have him killed by you. this merchant breaking the rules does not justify you breaking the rules.

Well I suppose the proper thing to do would be a fine from when we lost trade rights of all you earned then on. Just figured this was easier. It's also open to interpretation that the 50% needed does not apply when you do not have trade rights.

Dont expect to find much open spots if you play like that. You wont be accepted easily anywhere like that.
