You shouldnt need any fixed cfg file in order to play the HS.

Well you didnt do it on purpose but you could have prevented pretty much everything here.

-You could have forted the polish king, your own troops were in range of those Venetian stacks... Obviously they were in range... Afterwards you would easily have multiple stacks in range to protect your western border
-Put multiple spies in Vienna
-killed multiple agents from Hungary/Byzantium

Litterly the only thing that was unpreventable was Prague. Blaming this on the previous player is just not true, the turn was just played badly.

I dont disagree Poland has a nasty position but thats what diplomatics are for.

You could litterly reach them with a spear militia from Vienna, which is even further away from your king

I thought i had the king beyond your 1 turn movement,or so did the previous player.By the way,when i got the save my king did not have any movement points.
