And going over to rebels or other Armies WTF!, this is getting to be a really big pain in the ass, especially when I'm england campaigining in the Holy Land!!

How do i stop them from doing this ARGGH! please Help!

They are getting bribed or whatever, in the end, you lose the army.

To prevent this, you have to make sure you keep the full stack armies headed just by Captains to a minimum. Any full stack army or significant force within your military is worth having a FAMILY MEMBER command, as they're VERY less prone to abandoning their loyalties, very, very rarely does this happen, but it does happen 1 out of a 100 times I'd say. You might want to keep the amount of active military forces in the field to a minimum to counteract the limited supply of family members.

So, to reiterate, keep your armies headed by family members, cities could go without governors (unless if you have the auto-manage for all cities without governors), as they usually never get bribed.
