CTD in battle

First sorry for opening an other thread, but i couldn't resolve my problem on my own. The CTD happents a few minutes after starting the battle, i'm playing as Rhun. My attacker are the dwarves, the battle is happening outside of the dwarven city east of Erebor. I didn't siege it because i was out of movement for my army so they left the city and attacked me. I tryed to disable daylight saving time i the crash still happents. Is there any other solution to this? I'm running Windows 10, all latest drivers installed. This error never happend to me in the three moths playing this mod.

1) Are there any reinforcements on either side of this battle?

2) Do the Dwarves have any Axethrowing unit present in their army which is fighting you?

There are no reinforcements, and yes there are two units of dwarven axethrowers.

You are experiencing Dwarven Axethrowing bug..

Here is the file which is missing, extract it with WinRar or WinZip, and , copy paste it into your .../Medieval II Total War/data/ models_missile folder. Overwrite files when/if asked.

I did as you said but when loading the same battle the game still crashes.

Delete map.rwm file in your M2TW/ mods/ Third_Age_3/ data/ world/ maps/ base folder, and, delete two descr_geography_new files in your M2TW/ mods/ Third_Age_3/ data folder. Try again.

Sorry for not replaying sooner, i had a lot of work.
