Overpowered? No matter what difficulty campaign is set to, they always seem to control 1/4 of the map and beat off france, milan, russia, HRE..

Not saying theres anything wrong with Denmark, theyre just a bit too good...

I don't know if that helps you, but in my campaign, the situation is different. Yes, the Danes have conquered some provinces in middle europe, but all in all, they are just some kind of middle-power. The real players in my campaign are England, Milan, Hungaria and, of course, the Mongols.

I think it's just bad luck that the Danes seem to be too powerful in all of your campaigns.

Exactly. Whether they're fighting English, Germans, French, or whatnot, it still comes down to the fact that the Danes are the OG's....my Viking blood thrills to the sound of foes falling to my axemen.

They all have Bonus versus armoured troops wich makes them very deadly.

+ allot of heavy cav.

I had games where they took part of upper germany but also other games where they only took scandinavia and sat there for the hole game.

In my games Danes didnt do much for the most part. Its the polish that end up controlling that area of the map & eating into the germans. Ofcourse there r exceptions.

The danes in my game were cut to shreds by the russians and left with a small chunk of finland which I'm getting ready to take, HRE is gone, so it's France, then russia, with the danes in one city to the north.

They are powerfull in my game, but not when i finish with em, btw sounds like borat did some of the voices for the danes haha! p.s the danes have a superior navy to me and they cut up any boats i have

They haven't done a whole lot in all my campaigns so far. Must be a coincidence.

Same here Danmark is small in my campain too, only storng factions are me and the mongol

IM playin as Poland, and wow are they powerfull. Its good that we are allies and we both have fought a battle together.... twice. = )

I just got it last nite, with a new vid card, dvdburner/player, and a new power supply. Im in heaven.

Danes are very overpowered in game on vh/vh I defeated 2.5 ehemy's armies took 1700 prisoners(large units scale) I had those Nordic swordsmen,axemen and such their upkeep is low 155 and you get them quicker then corresponding units of traditional factions.Historically Danes faced the crushing defeat from Germans.They occupied Pagans of Pomerania and tried to attack Germania from there.Henry the Lion had tought them a lesson they'd never forget and took Pomerania too.
