    Default Architect and artist?

Hey all, just wondering if the North European factions got additional ancillaries to make up for there lack of Architect and artists. It seems impossible to get a Huge city without them.

As far as the total number of ancillaries they can get, everyone is maxed at 8.
Traits though, as far as I know, are unlimited.

A good idea for getting a huge city is to build every kind of population-raising building you can (including happiness, farming, trade) and keep taxes at lowest level.
If you keep a general with good population raising traits/ancillaries there as governor, you might be able to get a huge city before the 14th century plague hits and knocks your population levels back decades.

Also, while not Northern European, Jerusalem and Constantinople start off as huge cities.
There were hardly any huge cities in the middle ages, which explains why its so hard to get any given city up to that status.
Places like London or Paris are the type that its usually possible to get to that level before the plague comes.
Other, non-capital, cities it can sometimes take several hundred turns to have a chance.

    Allow me to rephrase
I'm aware on how to raise population and get huge cities, but im also aware that you almost always need a few ancillaries (in particular i find architects and artists to be incredibly helpful) which isn't a big deal because most cultures have access to these ancillaries. (Hell even eastern europe has them) but for whatever reason the north european factions are excluded from having them. I was curious how the north european cultures made up for this. particularly if they had any ancillaries that other factions didn't get. If not i'll just mod the files and remove the restrictions.
