Where do I find skill trigger chances in data.pack\db?

I used to mod those some months ago but for the life of me cannot find the table in the db where these are determined.
That table controlled the trigger % chance values for both General's abilities and Wife's Skill/Trait.
I found the table which controls the effect of those skills but cannot find the trigger chance one anymore

I think that's in the trigger_effects table.

Unfortunately that's not the one - trigger_effects can rank up the general's ability, but doesn't determine which one the general / wife is born with.
The table I am looking for determines the character skills at birth rather than coming of age and later

Ah, okay. I didn't know there was a separate table for those traits.

Actually... are you sure? The *_personality_all_innate traits are the ones you're talking about, right? Those are in that table too.

Yea, the table I used to edit had chances for most skills set at 5 each.
And had contents (different rows) of:
att_skill_background_wife_barbarian_midwife
att_skill_background_wife_all_fertile

etc
