That video has been widely bunked, debunked, re-bunked and generally talked over for ages, it's nothing new. I wouldn't go throwing all understanding of how ancient battles were fought out the window, though.

True but he did also have a response on those skeptics. And just like he said she don,t have all there facts right just like him, But i thought it's a nice video that people sould see.

If the video were accurate, I'd think that archers would have been far more effective and far less willing to run from heavy infantry. He makes the claim at one point he can pierce mail armor.

He is pretty cool. People have tried to debunk him like Drawen says, but's hard because everything he claims he can also do, proving its possible. People can try to debunk his claims that soldiers did his techniques in the past though. I think he is partially right, I'm sure there were elite archer units who did what he can do and were absolutely amazing archers, but, i imagine the vast majority of archers were trained and fought with their bows in the traditional fashion familiar with us today.

But I'm guessing you posted this to see if we'd entirely overhaul archery in ancient empires to conform to Lars' abilities. I doubt we'd do that and its not up to me but it would be cool to have the elite archer units having faster fire rates.

LOL this guys history is really ed up if he thinks archers didn't use quivers. plus from the speed hes drawing that bow.. it gotta be like a 30lb draw.. that wouldnt get anything to someone clad in plate mail. all hes doing is trick shots with little to no accuracy and i guarantee each of these shots took him dozens of times to get right for the camera.

lovely how people are always looking at skeptics that like to shoot down everything people say "That got even less info only enough info to shoot him down" then look what might be possible i don't say all he did was done those days but i do believe elite saracen archers shot alot faster then european ones.

And that was the point but i see some people don't understand probably too small minded...
