Knights of Santiago?

Im finishing up my SPain campaign, I have about 50 turns left. I dont seem to be able to construct Knights of Santiago, any advise?

I haven't got that far yet, but I betchya you can buy them as mercs after you get on a crusade.

Eventualy there is a pop up asking you if you want to built a building for the Knight of Santiago it will cost 1000. you click yes and then you can recruit them.

around turn 80 or 90, it pop up on mine. If your are at turn 200 you might have miss it. I got them at Valencia. I'm not sure why it pop up for me.

I also got them at Valencia... They cost £(or florins or whatever)800.

There seems to be certain cities/castles that are needed to get the guilds, i also got the knights of santiago at valencia, seems to be the same with the templar and hospitaller templar knight guilds aswell. Now all we need to figure out is what cities/castles they're availible in.

i took all of north africa cept egyptian territory and most of italy. i never got the knights. im trying to find out how.

only large settlements are allow you to build chapter houses/ guilds

I finished the Spanish campaign (45 regions + 190 turns) and I could only recruit KOS during crusades as mercenary units... I was never offered the KOS guild and I had pretty much all spanish cities on large/huge size... any ideias why???
