No encampment penalty for Huns. (Roman Will)?

Hi!
I am trying to add the faction trait Roman Will from roman expedition to the huns in grand campaign, so that they can encamp anytime, like in the belisarius campaign.
I just copied the faction trait and added it to the huns like I normally do with PFM but this one is not working for some reason.
I am guessing it is cause it has "bel" at the beginning instead of "att" like the other traits.
But I am not sure how to proceed from here. Any tips on how I should proceed to make this work? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It looks like that effect is not actually tied to anything. It's just text.

The actual movement cost of that stance is determined in the effect_bundles_to_effects_junction table, but... it's done through faction-specific stance effects. If you look at the bel_bundle_stance lines in that table, you'll see that some don't have att_effect_force_all_campaign_stance_ap_cost listed.

What you'd have to do to give this to the Huns is to create a faction-specific encampment stance for them, which wouldn't cost any movement points.

Can you upload the mod if you did it ? Or make every horde can camp like roman will trait. Can it be done ?
