MedievalShell pops up all the time when starting tutorials

When I start the tutorial some message comes up pausing the tutorial.. (i think it is where you put cheats)

I've used the key "ñ" (my keyboard is in spanish so it's the same as "~") but it just won't stop reappearing and won't let me play.

To use cheats you have to enter commands into the shell window. That will be the reason why the window pops up - entering a command or simply pressing the enter key should enable you to close the window with your console key (~)
