A few questions
1. Generals have several "points" as Command (star) Chivary (Helmet?), Dread (skull) and Peity (golden eclipse). What do each boost, and what are they good for?
2. Additionally, can you work up your princess charm?
3. Priests, will they "do their work" while in a city/castle or do you have to point them to the region on the campain map for them to start spreading the word of the lord?

Re: A few questions
1. Peity prevents an inquisitor from burning your general, and keeps the pope happy. Command i think affects m,orale of your troops, and maybe respect from your enemy. Dread affects your enemys troops on the field and chivalry affects your own troops morale.
2. Not sure, but she does get traits and retinues still, and when successfully diplomisiseses (HAH) she can get these extra stats.
3. Pretty sure a priest still works from inside a city, but i try to send mine around the place to build up some piety by converting provinces of 50% or lower to catholic.
