Actually it does. You lost the fort purposely so you wouldn't exceed the fort limit per region when you made a fortwall to stop me breaking into the riverlands - which you wouldve done had you kept the fort under siege

[Dux]

I am going to allow disbanding of troops in a fort that is certain to be taken, if there is a general in the fort. (this means the siege stays intact). Even if that brings the total units required in the fort below 4.

No I did it to save upkeep and inflict as much damage on you as I could. My fort wall doesn't change. With that being said, now I need to check a few mps and our turn will be up after my classes end tonight.

Shouldn't it though? You already had your two forts in the region. Just one that was about to be lost.
