How to create Generals & Princess?

First of all, i do apologize if i post this on the wrong sub forum and further apologize for some mistakes i've done.

Secondly, i'm trying to create my own general and lots of traits but i always get CTD with "M2TW has expected some errors" bla bla bla..

i always get CTD when creating/adding them, what's the problem?
Also, how do i freeze faction Jerusalem? i don't want my general die of old age xD
