    Default Adding Roman Factions back in?

    How difficult is this to do correctly? Want to make sure I did not miss anything. I added the Scipii back in along with the Senate and all seems to be well. Changed all relevant files I could find i.e. sm factions(shadowing etc.), desc strat, edu, edb. Do I need to add the anciliary "loyalty_starter" to the Senate?

    I would cut the loyalty starter trait from all the Roman factions. Without rebel factions you will get some weird results.
