    Default Flickering Environment

Hey, does anyone have the problem of flickering environment (trees, bushes, grass) when zooming in and out? I have 2.04d with the EB2 vegetation&lighting mod.

I've only seen this on a few particular maps — thankfully it is quite rare. There is actually a good example of this bug/issue in one of the default custom battles included in EBII between two archer armies (Toxotai I think?); the entire landscape flickers endlessly. I'm actually curious if this bug affects everyone or just certain machines. Anyway, the only vague solution I could find related to this issue is this quote from another post on TWC:

It affects everyone and is a M2TW limitation(harcoded cache limits), simply put when there are too many polys in a grid of vegetation that grid dissappears and appears.
For the next release I've tweaked the vegetation polycount and density which should fix this issue for good.

Great thank you so much for the explanation and more importantly that you've fixed it!! Good tidings...
