ok, for days i been installing and uninstalling troy total war, but the result is the same, everytime i press the first end turn its CTDs, but did everything correctly but i dont know why i cant play it

This is fixed by the 'fix'. You have manually extract the files though, once you automatically extract the fix it is in a file called 'fix' that you must remove the files from.

yes, and yes, i download the fix from gold and the the hotfix, too

took it out and put it in the rome folder, but still CTDs

Did you manually extract it after auto extracting it, because the auto extractor puts it in a folder called 'fix' in the target folder.

It doesn't go in the rome folder, it goes in the BI folder. Please read the installation instructions regarding the fix.
