    Default 6.4 crashes Medieval

    Hi, having a trouble with the SS 6.4 patch. 6.3 installs works fine, but when I install 6.4 Medieval can't launch. I get a pop-up message saying Medieval suffers from a "fatal error" and has to close. Don't even get to the menu screen. Redownloaded by 6.3 and 6.4, no change. Plenty of mods work fine on my comp. Anyone experience this?

    Problem may be due to an incorrect installation - its all too easy to get it wrong.

    A couple of questions :
    1) Are you running from Steam or from DVD ?
    2) Which operating system are you using.
