Here is an alternative link for Baron`s files.
When do you get the message "can not find kingdoms.exe"? Do you have Steam or non Steam M2TW? You really do not need to run TATW as an Administrator.
American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..

Apparently running TATW as an admin will stop most bugs, I am using steam, I get the the message when I click on the bat file to start the game, and lastly I have already tried changing it to medieval2.exe and it then gave me "cannot find medieval2.exe"

Running TATW as an Admin won`t stop the bugs, but taking Ownership of your main Medieval II TW folder could spare you from having troubles with Windows UAC issues.
Is your M2TW updated with that latest Multiplayer patch? Did you perhaps rename Third_Age_3 folder as one of your Kingdoms campaign folders?

Not bugs but the fatal graphic erros and other issues according to Germanicu5, I already did take ownership and I also tried renaming TATW to a kingdoms campaign folder. And this is the first time hearing about a multiplayer patch, so likely no it is not updated.
