Did anyone manage to put a rebellion in the enemy city? I kept one city with 20-60% constantly and it did want to go rebel, why is that?
Another annoying thing is related with the generals killing. Probably dome of you already noticed that after you kill a general in next turn new one is already appointed (from nowhere). It looks ridiculous and prevent you from eliminate the faction by killing their family tree. But when an enemy killed your general he is dead for good :/ no replacement.
