    Didu is inaccessible to preserve the Emperor - wouldn't do if he got defeated.

    We never got around to properly utilize him script wise, he was designed to function a bit along the line of the pope.

    Thank for your quick reply. But is it weird that when Liu Bei becomes an Emperor and the "Old" Emperor still there? And i'm not quite happy that in the middle of my territory has some weird color. It's look strange and unreal.

    I like the idea of where you put Unaligned Clan.
