    I don't think you can do this using Bob. I'm not sure how to convert Attila units as I haven't modded this game.

    This unit should be in the data\variantmodels\units. If you can't see this file create a file with the same name using Tweak.

    It's possible that these factions don't have a unique daimyo model but I can add one by editing the relevant DB tables (campaign_character_art_sets, campaign_character_arts, agent_uniforms, frontend_faction_leaders).

    I tried to redownload the mod, i played it again, and korean regional archers in siege battle only shoot arrow when they are defending the fortwall or when they are almost dead. Also in land battles, I am not sure why but they dont shoot arrows until they are almost dead.

    Can i ask why i can't open Ming general skill tree?

    And a little bug: Jurchen pikeman units do not use pike in melee combat. They have sword fighting animation.

    This unit wasn't set to fire by rank, so they won't fire correctly. It was difficult to notice this because the icon shows they're firing normally. In any case I can easily fix this.

    Not sure. I'll have to do some checking of the DB tables. So far all I know is that the problem is removed if you assign them the vanilla DB tables.

    This is due to this unit being assigned the wrong animations. I can easily fix this.

    The problems with the Chinese and Mongol generals were that I created some new character skills but didn't assign effects to them. I've released an updated version of part 1 that has the correct skills and fixes animation bugs.

    I redownloaded the ming unit pack and still no Hashiba clan leader head does not show up. Can you please check if this is an actual error? Also, one more question about Hashiba clan, are you able to make a system which makes Hashiba clan into Toyotomi clan whenever they conquer Kyoto or destroy Akechi clan? Im prettry sure this system existed in 2.0.

    Just checked the pack file and I forgot to add some heads. Since I had to files on my PC it worked for me, so I didn't catch the error. I've reuploaded part 2 which has all the heads.

    This existed in 2.0 because you could become Shogun by conquering Kyoto. However since conquering Kyoto caused Realm Divide and Akechi controls Kyoto players often found it difficult to defeat Akechi and then survive every faction turning on you. To fix this I had to replace Kyoto with another region, even though this prevents the player from becoming Shogun.

    You should download parts 1 and 2. I think the mod is save game compatible but I'm not 100% sure. I would recommend keeping the original parts in case it's not save game compatible.

    Sir can u explain more detail how to give a uniqe Daimyo to non-playable faction ? so maybe i can add more to this mod. Umm honestly i don't really understand about remodeling general, or another Daimyo.

    *Note : Sir i play with this mod yesterday, and i noticed Daimyo Mori clan is still "Mori Motonari", maybe it should be "Mori Terumoto". (Bcoz Mori Motonari has passed away in 1571). And leader from Kikkawa clan it should be "Kikkawa Motoharu".

    Can you change retainer of Ming, Korean, Manchu and Mongol into a elite or stronger units? And increase number of garrison units in Ming Weisuo?

    Hmm.. maybe I do something wrong, but It does not show me the name of the clans and units, even with english gamesettings and english UPC, maybe I do something wrong? Shoudl I reinstall shogun 2 again?

    Love the mod, one little suggestion. Can you date the updates? Its hard for me to know whether I have an updated version or not, if the updates are not dated. Thanks so much

    Sorry for the delay in replying. My factions guide; Unique agents; parts 3, 5, and 6 explains how to add a new agent. You may also need to edit the 'Tweak Unique Start Menu character ' if this doesn't work. If both fail then it may not be possible to add a new daimyo to another clan.

    I'll try to update this as soon as I can. I have to remake some of the startpos files.

    All those factions have bodyguards of a similar level to their Japanese counterparts. They're only weaker in melee because they have arrows.

    The Ming Weisuo has a low garrison because it's the same regardless of the size of the city. Though you do get more unarmoured units in larger cities.

    I would recommend doing that. If the problem keeps happening post about it in the bugs thread with a screenshot of the error.

    Okay I'll try to do that.

    Check the frontend_faction_leaders and agent_uniforms to make sure the unit has the right name for the unit.

    Also a black symbol won't show up on black armour.

    Sir, does i need to edite texture_mask.dds, and normal.dds with photoshop too ? Im just edite diffuse_dds yesterday, not including two of them.
