    Default Full stacks

Is there any console command to kill off enemies full stacks on the campaign map? I ask this since i'm playing as Carthage and Gallaeci has only three settlements and yet it can churn out 12 full army stacks and I can barely churn out maybe three at a time. Anything? I thank you for your help in advance.

Are you playing 1 turn or 0 turn?

Surprisingly it's not 0 turn, i'm playing on 1 turn right now. Yet the enemy can afford god awful amount of troops with only those settlements baffles me.

Also I restarted the Carthage campaign and pulled Hannibal out of Italy and back to Iberia. So i've rushed their settlements and now i'm taking on their capital.

The ai gets huge economy bonuses. The best way to deal with 2v1s and 3v1s is to just be more efficient.

Especially with carthge, I tend to ship troops from the capital every turn. I like to set up a recruiting center in nova carthago as soon as possible and use local, disposable troops a lot.

That's what I did exactly, I shipped stack after stack from the capital. Then moved stacks from Carthago Nova to the front, yet they still had 12 or more stacks against me.

I dont see the problem then mate. Thats pretty typical. Especially if you have the garrison script on.

I have it set to less garrison stacks, but darn does it get annoying.

Roughly speaking, Caesar invaded Gaul with five Legions against (near the end) some 200,000 Gauls. Not saying he faced that many, but he outwitted them and won battles where he had to. So two or three stacks against twelve when you invade an area like Spain seems appropriate. There are also 'mechanisms' in RS2 that could result in a faction having more troops than usual...for example, they were attacked and lost a region to another faction (not you), and took it back. The 'left over' emergency stacks would then be used elsewhere....against you, most likely....along with others gained if you took one their starting regions (which results in a reset of the emergency levy system, and more troops). The whole idea around this is faction survival so that YOU have the pleasure of conquering the faction, rather than other factions. I know it's not perfect, but it helps. Personally, I opt for an even more aggressive mechanism, whereby if a faction drops below a predetermined number of regions, they start getting a stack every single turn (some factions, like Seleucid, even more) until they either take back the required number of regions, reach a sort of 'equilibrium', or die. But I'm a 0-turn player, and I don't mind the abuse.

Endless assaulting of enemy-held forts and macross missile massacres, more like

actually more like hurriedly wiping faction off the map as quickly as possible.

I plan on taking them out soon as possible. They are annoying, but I did cap three of their settlements and razed them. So they can't recruit silver shielded units now. They will be wiped out in the next ten turns or so.

Just to emphasize the point, I also play 1 turn and here are some of the opposition I currently have to go against myself.

That's a couple of the images I've been preparing for my next update. So yeah I feel your pain. I had a similar story in spain as well, where 4-8 Gallaeci stacks were sent at me in Massalia, then 4-8 stacks from Carthaginians from Spain. It's pretty hellish and gets grinding especially with Roma Surrectum's CTDs after every 3 battles or so, but imo it's also what makes this mod so unique.

Sorry for silly question, but how do you get the characters names on the map?
