I didn't yes, if I had done something similar would be clearly not visible - it's too big.For example Teutonic leader - Horns are not visible.
I am not a supporter of the absolute pursuit of authentic, not if it does not fit the vision. You'll have to accept this variant

Better cut off the picture than a totaly ahistorical crown which dates from an entirely different era, is Pagan Egyptian in its design and isnt even from the same kingdom. Would basicaly be like giving the Holy Roman Emperor the crown of a pagan Saxon king.
Anyway, i also have a smaller variant in reserve, but its up to you if you are willing to rework your portrait again.
hey could you please make a background for the Empire of Nicaea and Trebizond?
Here are some depictions of the Hungarian King Andrew II. (II. András)

Posting a couple images of Polish dukes for reference. A few of them are later, imagined depictions, but it's sometimes the best we have. None of them should have a crown, rather various ducal hats made out of cloth, maybe with some slight ornaments.
Duchy of Lesser Poland (playable) - Leszek Biały (the White)
Most of those depictions show him without facial hair. Bright hair, as his nickname says.

Duchy of Silesia (playable) - Henryk I Brodaty (the Bearded)

Duchy of Greater Poland (unplayable) - Władysław III Laskonogi (Spindleshanks)

Duchy of Pomerania (unplayable) - Mściwój I of Gdańsk
Nothing about him, but he probably should be pretty aged - he died somewhere between 1213 - 1220. Those imagined pictures depict other rulers of Gdańsk, but the idea is there.

WOW. Top notch man !!! I already look with utter respect at the mongol hordes...
Yeah, I totally like the impression of the Khan for being a battle-hardened elder. It's way better than the tubby little man in the Chinese portraits.
