Tatw wont work Help!
I installed the game and it worked I played and it worked fine the next day I get into the game it shows the screen of loading then I get a exited out the game with the words medieval 2 has encountered a unspecified error and will now exit. I deleted the whole file and the others and installed it again but this time I didn't install the Mos and its still doing it I don't have it on steam and my daylight saving time is off so I have a hour behind what do I do please Help.

Hi there, and welcome to TWC Forums
Answer these few questions:
1) What Windows do you have?
2) Do you have at least one Medieval 2 Kingdoms campaign installed?
3) Did you download and install TATW 3.0 Part 1 and Part 2, and TATW 3.2 Patch?
I will provide you here help with TATW 3.2 only, if you have issues with some submod for TATW (since you mentioned MOS), then please ask in that submod`s thread for help.

I have windows 8 but I recently upgraded to windows 10 that was a free update I do have Medieval 2 kingdoms campaign installed and yes I did install TATW part 1 and TATW part 2 and also TATW patch.

Okay so I did all the steps and it still doesn't work it keeps exiting me out of the game at the loading screen in the beginning with the same words don't know what to do I only play it for a day.

When does the mod crash: during loading a battle, or, when you try to start the mod, or when you try to start the campaign?

Hmm.. And you had checked your VirtualStore for M2TW folder, and deleted it if you found it there?
If this is the case, then I suspect an issue with Windows 10 and your M2TW.. Uninstall M2TW and Kingdoms completely, and reinstall again, only this time I would suggest to install it anywhere else, just not in your Program Files or Program Files(x86) folder. For example, my M2TW is installed in D- Games- Sega folder.
Then repeat all steps from the link I've gave you, except for step 1 and 2 of course, cause you don't need to edit Security or search the VirtualStore folder for M2TW folder.

also I didn't see this message til after I downloaded the game again so I'm going to try program folders 86 and if it doesn't work I will put it in an another folder but I don't know what file to put it in.

and it seems my recovery is almost full and its weird because I have nothing downloaded in it.

D - games sega folder is the name of the folder where I had installed my M2TW+Kingdoms. D stands for D/ volume/second partition of my Hard Drive, Games is the folder which I had made and named it Games, and Sega is the folder which the Installer added, even though, it can also be removed.
You can not just move your M2TW folder somewhere, you need to uninstall it by using M2TW and Kingdoms Uninstallers ( uninstall Kingdoms first ! ), and then just make a New folder somewhere where you have a lot of free space, name this New Folder as Games, and run the M2TW/Kingdoms Installer, and point it to install into this New Folder which is now named as Games.
Do not install or put anything else into your Recovery folder, cause that is a folder which is made/installed by your Operating System - Windows + your PC/laptop manufacturer.

It worked!! I think its because I put it in the game folder thanks for the help!! you get 10/10 stars from me I'm not sure if I actually can do that but you are awesome now I can play finally.
