We would still need a Hightower / redwyne. I would play as a combined redwyne and hightower. I will try to find a player that may want Tyrell if that would be the case.

About uniting some factions together, there are two ways to do it. One I modify the files, so like Darry or Yronwood belongs in the game from the start to Targ/Martell. This one will need some time from my part to do it. The second option is, which is the fastest, that those players will play two factions in the hotseat, so Targ player will also play with House Darry or Hightower player with Redwyne.
Lastly the spawing script, which gives bonus army to Targ or Baratheon, if a faction decides to join their cause will not work within a hotseat. Either we play without it or on turn 1 I will do it for every faction and the hotseat starts on turn 2.

If we start on turn two, Will you add the funds what the Targaryen faction will lose? due to the cost of funding sell sword units.

Well if it's every faction, shouldn't it be okay? Also about that faction combining thing, i think we should do it as option 1. Were we merge the factions into 1, mainly because of it being smoother. Easier diplomacy, and giving Darry/Redwyne/Yronwood a chance of becoming domething big.
