    On Steam
    (Steam doesn't anymore let me update mods...sorry)

    Make sure to stay on Patch 17 if you want to play the mod, I won't port it on Power and Politics DLC.

    • Open Steam and select Total War: Rome II in your library
    • Right click Rome II and select properties
    • Open the ‘Betas’ tab
    • In the drop down menu, select the ‘patch_17’ option
    • Steam will download your update and the name of Total War: ROME II on your Steam library will end with [patch_17]

    Suberb, I just came back from Tuscany were I got into an "etruscan" feeling after visiting Florence Archeological Museum, so this mods deliverence now is perfect!

    I will present units by drops daily or weekly as many things on them are WIP(descriptions, some graphics would be added, etc)


    post#2 will concern osco-umbrian/roman/etruscan units
    post#3 will concern celt/venetic/ligurian and eventually later insubre units
    post#4 will concern mostly western greek colonialists and AOR warriors which were threats to the existence of their outposts in the barbaric world. We will see that somes were at contrary auxilaries in their armies.


    The approach is essentially due to geographic convenience.

    @Wilhem123, thanks, there is some very very interesting things into your unit mod pack. Right now the issue with Etruscans its they are quite so powerfull, same with toning down their garrisons and unit caps, they succeed to blitzkrieg the whole paduan valley and Liguria. I will pm you Wilhelm.

    Nice mod VINC! I've been testing your mod (playing as Rome) and have a few suggestions and notes:

    - Unit cards can be taken from DeI mod with permission.
    - Camillan units can also be used from DeI with permission (I liked those better).
    - Armies tend to rout easily. That only makes battles unpredictable and hard to keep the battle-formation.
    - Too huge garrison in cities. Cut it down in order to make the player expand their domain, without spending time to gather huge armies before assault.
    - If you decide not to cut the size of garrions armies, at least the cut down the support area for the garrison army to aid in battles.
    - Everyone seems to hate Rome at the begining. Please make diplomacy a bit easier so that Rome also can make a counter allianse against its foes.
    - Make Carthage playable just for fun and variety's sake.

    These are all constructive critics and I hope you take the into consideraton
    Again, great overhaul! Your team have done a good job and we're looking forward to more updates.

    @Jupiter, thanks for the feedback, I will see later about diplomatic things, its not like I would to reflect the situation in the 300's, I'm trying to make confederation/vassalization more realizable because its the way its was at this point.

    btw, did you looked at Victory Conditions of Romans? Now you have to get as much of territories( either by direct rule or by suzerainty) that there is on this map at 272 BC: Latium and Campania, Etruria, Umbria et Picenum, Samnium, Magna Graecia.
