    The reduced variation submod hasn't been updated in a very long time and isnt fully compatible with the latest version, although honestly I don't know if its necessary anymore.

    TPY Submods
    No Pop/Supply Submods

    Others should work for now hopefully

    Edit - AFP submods need updating, a few of the new features arent in them yet

    EDIT: I don't get the new Bibracte special capital if I use the AFP submod (4 turns per year)

    Could it be possible to get a version of the historical family submods balanced for at least the 2 TPY submod? Or alternatively, is the conflict something I could mod relatively easy by myself (i.e. just changing some variables)?

    In theory I can edit them so that they work for all TPY now I think, after the last CA patch. I would have to test it though.

    I think it needed to be updated and I have never gotten to it...maybe? I don't remember

    Just a minor thing.
    In 122L 12tpy submod, Cleopatra (Ptolemaics grand campaign) used to become general really early in game, probably her value wasn't changed.

    Syracuse unplayable in the all factions unlocked mod? I dont see it, also is there a way to unlock them all in custom battles?

    Syracuse is playable in the normal mod without AFP. You just need a DLC

    Yeah, I think you need Hannibal at the gates, to unlock it for the Grand Campaign as well (since it was added by that dlc).
