Medieval 2 Kingdoms install problem

Hello, so i bought this total war collection bundle it came with 4 games. Rome,Napoleon,Empire, and Medieval 2 also the medieval expansion pack kingdoms. I need to install the game through Steam did that worked fine but never gave me an option to install disk 2 just disk 1 so i don't think kingdoms is installed and it does not give me an option to install kingdoms. honestly i'm new to computer games i may just be missing something really simple i have no idea someone please help me.

The kingdoms expansion comes as a free DLC - check via steam. I described it in this tutorial.

I tried this and it did not work i went to the activate product but in the code and the dlc did not pop up just the gamr

You will have to install the main game in steam to get the kingdoms campaign as well - you cannot just download the campaign on it's own.

I bought the disk downloaded game through steam i can play the game but kingdoms is not there i know kingdoms comes with it says it on the box it just does not show up

I don't have the steam version but you should be able to download as a free DLC, did you check the way I described in the tutorial?

Ya i checked that and the dlc does not pop up just the regular game i search the dlc on steam and it wants me to buy it
