Need help adding buildings to a faction

Hello there, as the title suggests I'm trying to add buildings from one faction to another; in this case from the WRE to the Ostrogoths.
To be more specific I'm trying to add the WRE military chain to the Ostrogoths since they will rarely ever manage to capture those buildings.

I took a look at the mod that gives the WRE garrison building to the ERE so I'm aware of how it works within one culture group, but I just can't manage to make this one work, everytime I launch the game I get the vfs-error.

Since I already made some minor changes for my campaign and managed to create units from scratch I thought it would be a rather simple task but since I couldn't make it work yet could someone with more knownledge of the required tables please help?

Curiously I just had this issue when I made my minor religions buildings mod. Here's a link that accurately describes how the buildings work, and a rough pathway to do the modification. it's exactly the same between Rome 2 and Attila.
