"Out of favour" trait...
I got really annoyed by the bug (or intended feature..whatever) whereby your general will almost consistently obtain the trait merely by entering a settlement with low public order. Almost every time one of my general colonizes a settlement, he obtains the trait. So I tried to reduce the chance of the trigger to zero:
att_trig_general_entered_settlement_low_public_order_player_only
Strangely, it doesn't seem to have worked. Even after changing the chance of the trigger to 0, my generals would still consistently obtain the trait when they enter a settlement with low public order. Any ideas?

Could you not just remove the trait and its dependents?

Re: "Out of favour" trait...
Well...ideally, I still want to keep the trait around, particularly for those character that start with them (like Honorius). There are also a couple of situations where obtaining that trait makes sense (ie "crushing defeat"). I just want to do my own "hot fix" for the bugged trigger for obtaining that trait when entering a settlement with low public order, until it's patched.
