    Default Reforms?

I was wondering about the reforms.

Will they work like in vanilla RII ATW? That is that if I research a certain tech I get new units? Id really like to play this with a friend and in the case of DeI we had desynchs due to the reforms not being visable for him when they was for me(vanilla reforms did work thu)

Erm. I cant quite remember what ABH said about this though I dont know if we are sure yet. It wont be the same as DeI though. I think partly through the tech tree and partly through the new building chain we will eventually produce.

Alright. That seems to be a good way to do it(I don't have moding experience ^^) I just know that it(DeI) wasn't Multi-P friendly, they might have fixed that now thou. I just know that the Tech tree version seems to be less "desynchish" in lack of better words. Either way im waiting in awe of your vision for this game
