Default PFM - Empty/Missing DB entries???

Hi, I'm fairly new to using PFM but I've recently been encountering random entries with red text in the Data(or any .PACK file)->DB folder. For example, the "culture_settlement_occupation_options_tables" folder is red and contains no tables to edit. This has happened in the past with other tables such as the melee weapons tables and others (which I will be editing at one minute and then the next, they're gone). A definitely have not deleted them accidentally as it happens no matter which .PACK file I load up, the same tables are empty (red text).

If anyone can help with this, I would love you much!

    Cheers

No one answers questions anymore. I came here to post this exact question as I simply want all diplomatic and occupation options except raze, for all factions. There is one mod I've found that has this table but it causes a crash with anything else I run it with.

red doesn't mean it's empty, it means PFM can't open it and needs to be updated, either manually by changing the master_schema.xml or by the creator of the program

thou if you check the PFM thread you will see some people shared a fix for those (like me..), for example "culture_settlement_occupation_options_tables

about crash issue, well probably you have an outdated mod on your folder or you didnt download the updated version of that mod, idk
