    Default [Solved] Attribute Effects?

    Hello,

    As you know Authority, Cunning and Zeal (aka Attributes) have their own effects for Generals/Agents.
    For example: Cunning gives upkeep decrease for land/navy units.

    So I'm looking for where I can find and change these values, or add more if I see fit.

    If anyone could tell, it would be much appreciated.
