    Hi! I would like to wish the following:
    Military camp should do the following:
    level 1: allows you to recruit all units, +1 public order, -1 food, -100 g
    level 2: allows you to recruit all units, +2 public order, -2 food, -200 g
    level 3: allows you to recruit all units, +4 public order, -4 food, -400 g, +1 recruitment slot, +1 exp for all units
    level 4: allows you to recruit all units, +6 public order, -8 food, -600 g, +2 recruitment slot, +2 exp for all units

    For instance if you macedon, it does not make any sense not to be able to recruit companion cav if you are in 207 BC. Why should you wait 50-70 turns for that?
    To be more balance, there should be
    a limit/year of how many elite units you can recruit
    elite units need more time to be recruited (like +2 turns)
    elite units should have +10% upkeep, therefore you will not spam them

    We do not plan on restricting units depending on the level of military building but on the technology of the faction and the resources available to it
