Icon5 Unit Rosters: Which Factions Are the Most/Least Complete?

I've recently begun a new campaign as the Nabataean ("HalMalkot HaNabati"), but I suspect that there are many units missing from its roster, or at least more so than other factions such as Sweboz or Macedon. This got me to thinking -- out of all the factions, which unit rosters are nearly complete already, and which are currently the least fleshed out? Thanks to anyone who can answer.

Sweboz, Iberian and some Greek factions.

Sorry if I come across simple here, but are you saying these factions are the most or least incomplete?

By it's very nature of having a core of similar units, expanded with regionals and mercenaries, the Hellenistic roster generally is quite varied and complete. Even moreso in the summer release.

We may have also had a breakthrough on the Thraikioi roster, but no promises, it's early days. If that is the case, the Getai will stop being quite so threadbare and the Greek factions (and Bithynia) will get a richness boost.

The best campaigns IMO are Baktria, Carthage and Pergamon. Nice big varied rosters, good starting locations, no artificial annoyances like the Roman offices system or Koinon's absolute (and game-breaking) lack of culture conversion.

I'm actually really enjoying my current campaign. I'm only concerned that incomplete rosters of the Nabataean and surrounding factions could leave me at a (substantial) disadvantage.

On a related note, I wonder if some missing units is what is responsible for certain factions being "overpowered" (if their neighboring factions are missing advanced infantry, for instance).

Either way, I'm still having a blast And I can't wait for the summer update!

Uh, Koinon Hellenon has cultural conversion (up to 50%) in all their government buildings. Has done since about 2.03e.

Numidia has a pretty varied roster, but with a complete and absolute lack of heavy infantry that can stand to Carthage's infantry. I'm suspecting that's intentional.

I haven't played them yet, but I've heard Samartae/Samartia is literally the most complete of all of them, as there are no additional planned units for them.

I've only played as KH and Macedonia. While the descriptions on government buildings are lacking, the rooster seems pretty filled out. I'd recommend them.

Yes, that's is in intentional, they have planned a late reform the their noble cavarly and infantry which will get heavier armour.
That's because only later they started copying the romans and you'll see the infantry having roman army features like gladius(and other swords like xiphos and Takoba) and also chaimail/linothorax.

No need to apologize, these would be the most complete in my opinion. But I would also add the Carthage is quite complete too, it's missing only some late units.
Numidia's roster is also quite complete but the quality of the units is under the standards we have, that's why in the next release they will be redone from scratch. Will preview the changes soon.

The Celtic roster have the core units done but are missing regional units.
The Pritanoi roster is also quite complete.

Actualy the steppe, arabian and some eastern factions have the least complete roster.
Romani too, but that will change in the next release.

I'd also add for Carthage that they should be drawing on the mercenary pool as much as they can (which has been expanded in 2.03), and their native options are pretty varied as well.

Hayadsan and Parthia have very limited rosters at the moment. However, their bodyguard units are so powerful that you can play most of the campaign using only them! They can be a lot of fun if you like cavalry factions.
