That rule about denying retreat was by consensus forbidden in the discussion in the tavern, since then similar situations have been disallowed in other hotseats, so I disallow it here as well. However, since both teams have used it, I will not force a replay. I will just fine both teams and we will continue. Is that acceptable?

Diplomacy between the teams is not allowed, exchanging information is also a kind of diplomacy, so I will also disallow it.

I am in agreement and it is good to hear that the seeming official GS decision is to disallow it, a pain in the ass having to worry about being pulled out of defenses.

As for factions that lose both capitals, they will be turned rebel, all remaining territories may not be captured, but are accessible, meaning you may walk through them.

How odd and unexpected... I very much approve of this, prevents one faction doing all the fighting and another doing a grab.

As well as adding strategy to it, take out the capitol for victory as soon as possible, or capture more lands... This I like.

I don't see why there should be a fine. The decision should be about either replaying or continuing since it was not officially banned since the rules where not updated, that was the point, to officially say if it's allowed or not, unfortunately the vacation put the discussions on hold and things remained uncertain.

Uhm, it seems you used the thing that was forbidden last turn (see previous page and even a few posts above yours).

-you can't besiege a settlement with 1 unit to deny a retreating army to enter it then lift the siege to attack it again and the army inside to reinforce.

You can probably conquer the settlement without using this, so I ask you to do that.

Seriously, the very same pages I asked you to read Dur3x that you yourself post questions on and you still miss it . I request this be fined, for the rules had been implemented for this turn and already waved once.

TO should be dead as of the moment you took their last region as any other faction would be,
I've asked Dux for details though on that and the captols rule.

Correct, TO loses Palanga, its last settlement, if it were a normal faction it would turn rebel, but TO can't be destroyed, only turned AI, but its armies and agents will continue to attack, so before turning it AI the admin should load its next turn and disband the armies and teleport their agents and generals into the desert somewhere so they don't influence the game anymore.

I will replay the turn if Dur3x can't do it soon.

I don't recall seeing any Lithuanian troops exept prince, and a stack? Who both couldn't reach palanga

Is there a reason for the fact that the main forums have only 1 quater final whilst westeros and TA have 2/3

I mean I know westeros has more players about

But the main could use all other mods right? ( SS CCM Vanilla, the DLC etc)
