I would like to know how, your stack could reach anything and there were no other armies close

Edit: I\ve not heard from mac and request an extension to play his turn as I now go to work, do a bank errand in the morning and then have to sleep.

Edit 2: Apologies for the lateness, if I can I'll play once back from work but otherwise as the first thing I do after waking.
Was unable to get a hold of mac, gone with the wind. I've been busy today:

I request extension, been busy and had other hotseats to do before this. Should hve it done 12 hours post deadline I think depending on how long a few errands takes.

Edit: Turned out to be a quite busy day, this is no 1 on my list to do immediately after work or sleep.

Well done, this does indeed mean that you are destroyed. Afaik this means immediately but some GS have wierd interpertations on when and how rules should be implemented, I know not if your factions are to be turned rebel, AI or simply be skipped.

Mith you can't besiege a settlement with 1 unit to deny a retreating army to enter it then lift the siege to attack it again and the army inside to reinforce. I was talking about it with the admin some weeks ago but he didn't update the rules it seems...

I can, there is no rule against it as the one about cutting retreat states surrounding.

You were subbed by Dur3x, a player whom I know uses this strategy ( as you noted here too ) and whilst I avoid it usually myself as something I think should not be allowed - I have no qualms about using it against a player whom do employ this strategy and tend to be very competetive thus going all out in competition. But I have stated before that whilst it is a permissible move, I'd prefer it illegal. Some players think it ok if you use a force of close size or superior to do the siege and I can do either.

Since I knew some do not like this move or know of it, I made sure to make it visible on my screen

It seem fair to give them 36 hours from now to complete their turn as it was rather clearly a missunderstanding?
Team Novgorod and Kiev need to pick up the pace though, we've been far too slow!

Dux, could you state what will happen once the starting capitols are lost?

That rule about denying retreat was by consensus forbidden in the discussion in the tavern, since then similar situations have been disallowed in other hotseats, so I disallow it here as well. However, since both teams have used it, I will not force a replay. I will just fine both teams and we will continue. Is that acceptable?

As for factions that lose both capitals, they will be turned rebel, all remaining territories may not be captured, but are accessible, meaning you may walk through them.

Diplomacy between the teams is not allowed, exchanging information is also a kind of diplomacy, so I will also disallow it.
