Removing the Huns 'zero upkeep' hidden trait?

I really dislike that they get zero upkeep for army stacks does anyone know where I might be able to remove this?

Is it somewhere in the startpos?

sorry for late answer but the thing you are looking for should be;

in: db (database) not startpos
under: "effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions_tables"
called (effect_bundle_key) : "att_bundle_military_upkeep_free_force" or simply select "-100" from value column

just in case if you look for Belisarius' free reinforcement armies stuff too: "bel_bundle_reinforcements" or "-100" stuff again.
