    1. Load attached 3.02g savegame. You're Pahlava.
    2. End turn.
    3. Game will stop processing on Carthage's turn. Won't be able to progress past that.

    100% reproducible.

    Is there no error log?

    How long did you leave it? If Numidia has horde-ed it might take 10 minutes or so.

    Sorry, it's Massalia going horde. I left the game going for like half an hour and it went through.
