    Default MOD doesn’t work, why?? printscreean attached

    Hi!

    I have tried to make a mod that removes negative traits from being generated through the campaign. However, it does not seem to work for some reason. I have attached pintscreens of the mod.

    Can you guys point out any mistakes I have done, that are the reason for the mod not working????
