Eternal 11 turns to recruit a Hospitaler Knights

So as the title says,i have unlock the recruitment of the Hospitaler warriors. But , i cannot recruit them as it says only avaible in 11 turns.
I pass turn after turn and nothing changes , the 11 turns are there intacted ...

make sure theres a family member inside the city/castle, if it dosent works, try the faction heir or the king. im sure your problem is related to this.
you need someone with "recruitment authorisation" as governor, to recruit professional warriors like the knights of st john

Ah so i need to have the lucky of having someone wiht that hability ? Where can i read more about that ?

I'm pretty sure the setup gives you the option of needing governors or not to build/recruit

u can check the character traits list, there will be something there saying "minimal recruiment ability" "average recruitment ability" "full recruitment ability"
for minimal, u can only recruit peasants and militia, for average, peasants, militia and professional, for full ability, peasants, militia, professional and elite/feudal.
like said above, u can take that feature away, but you'll need to start a new campaign, and untick it, in the sub mod manager

If your using BGR IV or better youn need someone in the settlement with "recruitment authorization", the instructions for BGR will give you the info you need.
