Assembly Kit-Not in tools

Hello,

This is my first post,which is a little embarrassing,but anyway.

I am trying to get into modding the game.I was going to install the total war rome 2 assembly kit.However,when i go to steam library tools,I can only find the one for shogun 2.I don't play that game as of yet so it would seem that it's not of much use to me.

So,how would I access the Rome 2 assembly kit.Or are they the same thing?

You must install the game before you can install the tools.
