Default Medieval II Kingodms technical problems

So I uninstalled (For various Reasons) Medieval II TW and I had the kingdoms expansion along with it, however I forgot to uninstall the kingdoms expansion first before the main game. This is where my problem lies since i uninstalled the main game first, it wouldnt let me uninstall kingdoms anymore so being an amateur with tech stuff I deleted the kingdoms files thinking it would work. So I wanted to reinstall Med II and play kingdoms however when i tried installing kingdoms it didnt work anymore, so i checked the launcher and it said my kingdoms was still installed but when i try pressing any of the expansions it says something about not finding the file (Which I foolishly deleted). It also won't let me fix/uninstall/reinstall/install the kingdoms expansion anymore I really need help guys.

And I've tried looking through this forum for similar problems but couldn't find any if you happen to know of a thread can you redirect me?

Use C Cleaner to remove all the old files and then reinstall.

Alternatively after using CC Cleaner you could/should convert install disc to steam:

You may have to run a registry cleaner before trying to re-install. Wise Registry Cleaner does a decent job, even the one in CCleaner should be able to handle this.

I've got problem with kingdoms too.I did the same with uninstalling, but now when i try to install kingdoms, setup only installs patches (1.2,1.3) and then it finishes. After i only have that and some things from kingdoms like launcher etc.Not sure what to do.

Let's do this one step at a time:

1 - uninstall the 4 kingdom mods (if installed) via the Control Panel\Programs and Features way - agree if asked for removal of uninstaller should the uninstall fail
2 - uninstall the main game (Medieval II Total War) via the Control Panel\Programs and Features way- agree if asked for removal of uninstaller should the uninstall fail
    3 - restart your machine
4 - download and install Wise Registry Cleaner, run the program and clean your registry
    5 - restart your machine
6a - check my tutorial on how to obtain a game copy from Steam with your installation code or
6b - try to install again

Thanks Gigantus for replying, but I solved it like 20 minutes after I posted this,I just manually install every single campaign by going into cd and running specific setup and restarted my pc so everything is fine
