    Default KH reforms, someone explain archons to me?

    Conquered Pergamon. Built Congress in Corinthos. Built upgraded government everywhere where it was available. I got an event that was lacking description and another that called archons to the congress city.

    I have three guys:

    - One is my faction leader and archon of like 4 different cities.
    - One is my heir and double archon.
    - One is a random adopted FM and archon of something unrelated.

    I put all three of them into Korinthos (where congress is built), no reforms for me, no explanation either.

    So my questions:
    - Why multiple archon titles for the same character? Shouldn't archon be limited to one per person?
    - Why nothing happens when I put them in the congress city?
    - Why can't the congress city build upgraded government?

    What do I do to finish reform as KH?

    What version are you running?

    Multiple archons per FM seems a bug that was fixed a while ago.
    You need 4 archorns and they have to be 4 turns in Korinthos if I remember properly
    Congress goverment already works like the Allied city so you dont need upgrade. You will be able to upgrade it with you trigger the second part of the reform that unlocks the Sympoletia goverment.

    The second part of the reform works as follows:

    You get the archons in Korinthos 4 turns, until you have a new notification. Then you have the possibility to build a new building. The sympoliteia founding state. You have to launch it in 2 settlements at the same time (it will disappear from the rest) and wait 16 turns. That building that will stay in the queue will represent the revolt. When the new notification appears of the end of the revolt you can build in your "homelands" the final sympoliteia member goverment

    We will either find a way, or make one.

    Yes, you need 4 archons in Korinthos. Don't even bother if you only have 3.

    You do not necessarily have to build the congress in Korinthos. It can be Athens, or Sparta, or wherever. But the archon meeting must still be in Korinthos.

    After you have 4 archons in Korinthos for 4 turns, the sympoliteia revolt starts, which is supposed to cause some unrest in your cities (I had hardly any). At this point you can build the KH7 "founding state" government in 2 cities. You should at the KH7 government to the building que of two cities at the same time. Once those governments buildings are complete, you can build the KH8 "member state" government in your other greek cities. At this point your reforms are complete.

    Well, it required 3 guys with total 5 archon titles between them to reform my KH.

    The two buildings I scheduled to be built at once are pretty weird too, they say it's 11 turns left to completion but this amount does not reduce as I click next turn...

    Umm, that happened to me too with 2.03f, though after the expected turns the revolt ended and I could build the final goverment everywhere. I just had to delte those form the queue though. I thought it was like intended but maybe it was not and the building should finish

    They're supposed to finish, I thought that part was working. If I could find the person responsible for this bloody reform, I'd strangle them*, honestly. It's taken more of my time and effort trying to fix the mess someone else left behind than all the other changes I've made to the mod.




    *Obviously I don't actually mean that.

    I suggested that the KH reform was too complicated a long time ago. It would have been fine if you had scrapped it and made it far less complicated.

    It was just that dont working. The buildings only progressed till 8% but as I said the reform itself trigered and all.

    Its been really problematic indeed. Starts to be hilarious xD

    We will either find a way, or make one.

    8% - as in the first turn of construction happened, then it wouldn't progress any more?

    Yup. It progressed 1 turn out of 12. Building showed it's 11 turns to go regardless of how many turns passed.
