Icon1 A Question about the Early campaign

Hey guys! love the work you've done for the mod, it's unbelievably good!

I have a question concerning the Early campaign option, if i start an Early campaign, can i still play up to the timurids and gunpowder and endgame, or does it end before those?

Theoretically, you can play the game forever. It has no "hard" end date.
I played one game up to the year 1900 once just for fun... just sat up in northern Scotland for 700 years and did nothing but watch what the CPU did.
If I recall, the HRE ended up owning most of the world and there were only them, Egypt and myself left alive.
Honest and truly, I AM Robin Hood!

Hah! I love this kind of game, like that famous Civ game where a guy played to a ridiculous year and it ended up strangely resembling 1984.

HRE, though? They always get pummelled in my games, usually quite early on. Egypt I can well believe.
